In the event of completion / termination of a BRFST project, it is mandetory for the PI to send to BRFST within 3 months of completion/termination, the following documents



  • Comprehensive report of all the work carried out under the project, and deliverables (if any).
  • In case of Industry projects, deliverables (if any) as well as detailed documentation associated with the deliverable(s).
  • Details of appointments made in the project (Name, address, email of the person(s) appointed).
  • List of all equipment (s) purchased under the project (including computers & accessories).
  • Details of amount spent and amount remaing (apart from audited accounts).
  • Audited accounts of the project as per your institution's norms
  • The balance amount (along with accumulated interest) should be returned to BRFST.
  • List of all publications (journals, books, internal reports, conferences, ets) with title, authors, journal/conference, year
  • Copies of all publications, thesis, internal reports etc arising from the project.

 



  • Comprehensive Project completion report (MS Word)
  • Final budget utilization sheet (audited)
  • List of all equipment procured under the project and list of staff employed (with email id)
