- The next BRFST review meeting will be held in the last week of August 2009. This is meant for new projects as well as projects that were sanctioned/reviewed in August 2008.
- Projects to be considered for review and subsequent funding should be submitted in the prescribed format to BRFST on or before 15 June, 2009.

- The 1st year reviews of the projects awarded in July 2007-08 as well as new projects will be held on 26-27 Februaty, 2009 at IPR.
- The first meeting of the BRFST board since its inception in April 2008 was held at IPR on 21st August 2008.
