The BRFST board has approved organizing of "Contact Meeting for Popularizing the National Fusion Programme" at various zonal levels across the country in order to increase the popularity and awareness of the activites of BRFST. This will also help create zonal nodes for BRFST so that information regarding BRFST activies can easily be disseminated in that area.

The contact meetings are aimed at sensitizing the R&D community in academic, R&D institutions as well as industry to the requirements of R&D in the areas of fusion science & technology.
